The pouch is swollen. Is it safe?

A swollen or bloated pouch can indicate air has entered the product or gas has formed inside, which may happen if the seal is compromised or if bacteria have grown inside. For your baby’s safety, please do not feed it.
What you should do:
- Do not open or taste the product.
- Do not feed it to your baby.
- Take photos of:
The swollen pouch
The top seal / cap area
The batch number and expiry date
