Ingredients
¾ tsp gelatine
1 tbsp boiling water
½ cup (125mL) breast milk (the preferred option) or prepared infant formula
¼ cup (60mL) berry puree
½ cup cooked white rice
Step by step

Pour the water into a small cup and add the gelatine powder. Whisk them together with a fork until the gelatine dissolves.

Add regular milk or prepared infant formula, along with the purée, rice, and dissolved gelatine, into a small bowl. Whisk well until all ingredients are fully combined. Divide the pudding mixture into two cups or two porcelain ramekins (¾ cup / 190 ml each), then refrigerate until it sets.
Very Important:
- Feel free to use smaller cups if your baby’s portion size is small.
