Discover our menu suggestions over four weeks to never run out of ideas! Four menus per day, designed to provide baby with all the nutrients he needs to grow well, week after week. A nutritionist has approved these menus.

The menu for a baby from 4 months to 2 years old should consist of a variety of foods that provide essential nutrients for growth and development. Here are some guidelines for a healthy and balanced menu:

  1. Breast milk or formula should still be the primary source of nutrition until the age of one, with solid foods gradually introduced from 6 months.

  2. Introduce a variety of fruits and vegetables in pureed or mashed form. This will help your baby develop a taste for different flavors and textures. Aim for at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.

  3. Introduce small amounts of protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, beans, and lentils. These foods provide essential nutrients for growth and development.

  4. Offer whole grains such as brown rice, whole wheat bread, and pasta. These foods provide important nutrients like fiber and B vitamins.

  5. Offer healthy fats like avocado, nut butter, and olive oil. These foods are important for brain development and overall health.

  6. Limit added sugars, salt, and processed foods. These foods provide empty calories and can be harmful to your baby's health.

  7. Offer water between meals and limit juice to no more than 4 ounces per day.

Remember that every baby is unique and may have different nutritional needs. Consult with your pediatrician for specific recommendations for your baby's diet.
